2 Scoops, vanilla flavor whey protein powder
1/2 ripe banana, peeled & sliced
2 Med strawberries, washed, stemmed & sliced
1 oz Nonfat cream cheese
1 Square light graham cracker
1 tsp Honey (organic is recommended)
16 oz Nonfat organic milk
Couple of ice cubes
In a blender, add banana, strawberries, cream cheese, honey, milk, and ice cubes. Pulse for a few seconds, then switch to puree. When it is well distributed and the liquid tornado forms, carefully remove lid and add protein powder and graham crackers directly into the center. Puree until thick and creamy. Enjoy!
